Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You can make the payment by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
The preparation of orders is fast, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to arrive on time to make the change.

Each order is delivered with its corresponding packaging.
Orders with jewels include a cloth bag and also a box in case of being very delicate.
We also give you the option of adding a gift bag or card with a personalized message for only €1.
Orders with headdresses come in boxes adapted to the size of the headdress.
We normally include more than one item for each bag or box in our packaging. In this way we guarantee the optimization of weight and volume of your shipment. If you want to receive each jewel individually packed in a box, add our special gift wrapping option, an option that you will see in the cart before making the payment.
You can also add a personalized message that will be sent on a card made by us.
And you can buy our products through the Glovo application (if you are in Barcelona or near our area).
Moncollier Gift Cards are valid for one year.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, the maximum period to make a return is 30 calendar days after the delivery of the order.
No changes are accepted in special offers such as liquidation or 2x1, only returns will be accepted, in case of 2x1 the offered pack will be returned.
Orders placed both in the store and from the website have a maximum period of 30 days to make changes. Returns are only accepted on orders made online, in store it would be returned as a gift card or product exchange.

An order can be canceled, but you must contact us immediately or by calling us at +34 607 334 385 or sending an email to hola@moncollierbcn.com to notify it, and be able to manage it before it is prepared. Once cancelled, the full amount of the order will be refunded.
The period to make a return is 30 calendar days after the delivery of the order.
It is essential that the products subject to a return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use; otherwise, no refund can be made. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items reach Moncollier in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the requested return.

If a product arrives defective, you can send us an email to hola@moncollierbcn.com or write to us +34 607 334 385 attaching photographs in which we can see the product and assess it internally and be able to give you an answer as soon as possible.
Care and Materials
The jewels are silver or brass plated in 18k gold of 0.25 microns or flash.
JEWELS : Taking into account the material, and even if they are of high quality, we recommend that they take care to keep the bathroom longer.
This means that they preferably do not come into contact with water or liquids such as cologne, perfumes, acids or hydroalcoholic gel.
In any case, the speed at which the bath is losing also depends on other factors such as the pH of each person and sweating.
TOUCES : We recommend that these be kept inside the box in which we deliver them, in the same way that we advise that they do not sunbathe or store them in a humid place, since there are flowers like the preserved one that should not get wet.

Personalization
Once you have all the products you have to go to the cart (not to "buy now") just below your orders on the left, you will find a specially made text box to add any note you want. We will receive it together with the order number, so we will write it down and add it to the package.

You can contact us by email (hola@moncollierbcn.com) providing us with your full name, telephone, personal email and the product you would like and it is out of stock. If it becomes available again, we will notify you by call or SMS.
It is not necessary to register on the web to make a purchase, but it is necessary to provide them with information that is requested in the section "Make your order". In this way, we can contact you to answer your questions, notify you of the process of your order or contact you in the event of any unforeseen event or incident with it.

Size Rings
You can find the sizes of the rings on our website, within the description of the same product.
These sizes correspond to the closed rings, but the open ones do not have sizes since they can be adjusted to all fingers.
Store
Our store hours are Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On Saturdays we open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
We can store your order in store for as long as necessary, but we recommend that it not take more than 1 month.
